The dormitory residents and those in assisted living are provided with some furniture if desired, including bed, night table and dresser, although as a resident you and your family have the freedom to decorate accommodations as desired.   Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Community wants to meet the needs of each resident and continue a high standard of living by providing a variety of amenities included in the regular rates: furniture, basic cable television, closed circuit programming of all church services, 24-hour nursing call system, meals, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service, room maintenance, mail box, no-charge laundry room, transportation to appointments and shopping, and activities and more.

Family and guests can enjoy on-campus accommodations and meals for a minimal fee, which means more time for visiting and less time traveling.

Room amenities at Martha Franks not only add to what you receive, but also eliminate unwanted items like bills for taxes, insurance, security system, lawn care, pest control, electricity, gas, and water.
