The independent living area of Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Community is based on private pay.  Individuals consider their social security, pension, annuities, real estate, savings, CD’s, Insurance, veteran’s benefits and other factors when applying for admission to Martha Franks.  Long Term Care insurance and VA benefits can apply to some in residential and assisted living.

The healthcare facility has private pay, VA contract, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid capability.

Residents benefit from just one bill each month which encompasses their monthly fee, electric, gas, water, yard and building maintenance, some or all meals, housekeeping (for residential, assisted and healthcare), expanded cable service, activities, transportation to local doctor visits and shopping trips, emergency nursing staff, security, library, fitness center and more....
