Heritage Healthcare provides rehabilitation services through physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

We utilize the latest in rehabilitative technology to help you recover faster and get you back to the life you love as quickly as possible. Our physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists work as a team to create a whole-person plan for your therapy services.

Our rehab center is not just for our residents. We offer inpatient and outpatient care. Our therapy programs include SI joint stabilization and pain management, specialized orthopedic programs, prosthetic instruction, amputee training, stroke rehabilitation, individualized discharge destination training, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Our physical therapy services are aimed to help maintain and gain independence, increase mobility and strength, reduce pain and restore function to the patient.  Our occupational therapy services include neurological re-education for post stroke and brain injury patients, gross/fine motor skill coordination, increase ability to perform activities of daily living, and increase strength and mobility to increase overall function. Our speech language therapy services include communication training, cognitive retraining and swallowing therapy.

Martha Franks offers personalized rehabilitative services that include physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapies.  Using the latest in rehabilitative technology to help patients recover faster and get back to their daily activities as quickly as possible.  Private rooms are available.
